IPO Form 2023 – Download ASBA IPO Application Form NSE & BSE
An IPO form is a document or form that investors must fill out in order to participate in an initial public offering (IPO).
Investors can fill out an ASBA (Application Supported by Blocked Amount) form either online or offline to apply for an initial public offering (IPO).
To fill out the form offline, an investor can visit NSE Website or BSE Website to download blank and filled IPO ASBA form and request his stock broker for a physical copy of the form. They can then fill out the form and submit it to their stock broker in person. The broker will process the form and request bank to block the required amount of money from the investor’s account to cover the cost of the IPO shares they are applying for.
If the IPO is successful and the investor receives the shares, the money will be used to pay for the shares. If the IPO is not successful or the investor does not receive any shares, the money will remain in their account.

IPO Form FAQ
How to calculate IPO GMP or IPO grey market premium?
Suppose IPO issue price is 100 and IPO listing price is 150 (i.e. 100+50). Then the IPO GMP or IPO grey market premium will be 50 (Listing price – IPO Issue price) and the listing gain will be 50% of IPO Issue price. This is just a guess, so listing price might be different.
